General Principles

Judges always have discretion whether to accept a booking from a Club.
These Guidelines will apply where there is either a requirement or an offer to receive images in advance of a Club event. Judges should only accept a booking if able to comply with the Guidelines and if it appears the Club will do likewise.
These Guidelines will apply equally to a CACC event, and 'Club' should be construed accordingly.

Section 1. At the Time of Booking

Section 2. Where Images are Provided in Advance

2.1 (Proposed) "The Judge must have available a calibrated screen capable of viewing the images at original size, or at least Full-HD scaled down if necessary."
