The CACC Committee is conducting a survey about the provision of image files to the judge in advance of a competition event. The survey covers whether files should be provided; when they should be provided; how the judge uses images before the competition and then during the competition.

We invite responses:

• From Clubs. One response which is the considered option of the Club committee. The Club Committee may or may not wish to consult members before making the response.

• From Judges.

The aim is to make recommendations which could result in an update to the guidance previously published.
