The CACC Committee is conducting a survey about the provision of image files to the judge in advance of a competition event. The survey covers whether files should be provided; when they should be provided; how the judge uses images before the competition and then during the competition. The aim is to make recommendations which could result in an update to the previously published guidance.

For Clubs:

• If your Club does not hold any on-line competitions and if you never provide images to the judge in advance, then there is no need to respond to this survey.
• Otherwise, please complete the survey using the considered opinion of the Club committee. The Club Committee may or may not wish to consult members before making the response. You could print the survey response page if it helps discussion.

For Judges:

• Please complete the survey with your personal opinion.

Where the survey results suggest some uncertainty or controversy, the CACC may contact individuals for clarification or conduct a more detailed survey before publishing any guidelines.
